Friday January 24th was the first day of the City’s return to the 1222 First Avenue building after the evacuation of the 101 Ash Building due to asbestos. There is no information as to when the city will return to the old building.

San Diego Unified School District fees are increasing May of 2012. Whether your project is a new commercial building, a commercial addition, a new house, or a residential addition greater than 499 square feet developer fees will increase as follows:

Commercial projects = $0.51 per square foot
Residential projects = $3.20 per square footOld School Fees as of May 2012

Residential projects = $2.97 per square foot
