San Diego Unified School District fees are increasing May of 2012. Whether your project is a new commercial building, a commercial addition, a new house, or a residential addition greater than 499 square feet developer fees will increase as follows:
New School Fees starting May 2012
Commercial projects = $0.51 per square foot
Residential projects = $3.20 per square foot
Old School Fees as of May 2012
Commercial projects = $0.49 per square foot
Residential projects = $2.97 per square foot
